Dancing  can be especially helpful for those at risk for low bone density.  3. Dancing sharpens your mental skills. 4. Dancing boosts your mood.It lowers your blood pressure and pulse. It also helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.  Dancing improves your overall health and well - being . It also helps to improve other markers not just of improved health but  quality of life.
