HASYA RASA

As we already know that there are nine rasas.
We can also say rasas as - Emotions , Feelings or Mood.
Hasya Rasa is a Sanskrit word for one of the nine  Rasas or Bhavas ( mood ) of Indian aesthetics,  usually translated as humour or comedy.
The color associated with HASYA is white and deity.
PRAMATHA , and leads to exultation of the mind.
HASYA RASA often arises out of SRINAGARA RASA as mentioned in NATYA SHASTRA , the classical treatise on the performing arts of BHARAT MUNI.
Rasa means " Flavour " and the theory of rasa is the primary concept behind classical Indian arts , including  Theater,  Music , Dance , Poetry and even Sculpture.
It conveys the meaning through physical gestures and facial expressions. In Dance, it indicates the emotional condition displayed by a character in its existing stage.
The term Hasya Rasa itself means laughter.
It helps one to get relief from tension and worry.
